Construction of LEAO® New Materials' Anhui New Factory Phase II Progresses Smoothly, Expected to Commence Production in July 2025

Anhui, February 2025– LEAO New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "LEAO® New Materials"), a leading domestic manufacturer of Fiber Cement Boards, announced today that the construction of the Phase II facility at its new factory in Anhui is progressing smoothly. The main structure was successfully completed in early February 2025, and the facility is expected to be operational by July 2025.

The Phase II facility, which broke ground in November 2024, covers with a building area of 28,000 square meters. Upon completion, two new fiber cement board production lines will be installed to manufacture high-quality fiber cement board products. The new production lines will utilize internationally advanced technology and equipment, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality to meet the growing market demand for green and eco-friendly building materials.

The Anhui new factory is a key production base for LEAO® New Materials in China. The Phase I facility was completed and put into operation in 2023. Once the Phase II facility is completed, the Anhui new factory will become LEAO® New Materials' largest and most technologically advanced fiber cement board production base, providing strong support for the company's future growth.
